IESCA
The first Club by Epiphany was launched in 2005 with the support of capital partner IESCA. IESCA primarily concentrates on real-estate investment and development of projects in Mexico and the U.S.
IESCA is a privately held company owned by the Escandon family (Eustaquio and succession). Based in Mexico City, IESCA has substantial resort real estate experience and investments throughout Mexico. Epiphany and IESCA have a strategic investment partnership that significantly enhances Epiphany's ability to execute its Club development activities in Mexico.
